event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a straightforward return policy to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns:


1. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:


1. Customized or personalized products.
2. Products damaged due to improper use or handling.

Process for Returns:
1. Contact our support team at support@pixitip.com to initiate the return.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Policy:


1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:


1. We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
